Information we collect

We collect only the information you send us voluntarily through our contact forms: name, phone number, email address and a description of your request.

Why we collect it

This information is used solely to:

• Answering your estimate requests
• Getting back to you after you contact us
• Establishing and managing our business relationship

How long we keep it

We keep your information for a maximum of three years from your last contact with us.

Who receives it

When you send a request through this site, your contact details and the description of your project are passed to an independent contractor in your area so that they can follow up: that is the very purpose of the service. Your information is not sold or rented to third parties for any other purpose. It is also handled by our technical providers, the service that delivers the forms and the hosting provider, strictly within the scope of their mission, and may be disclosed where the law requires it.

Third-party services

Some parts of this site are provided by third parties. Here is what each of them receives:

• The information you enter in our forms is delivered by a technical service operated on our behalf on Cloudflare infrastructure, which acts only as a transmission intermediary.
• Maps are embedded from Google Maps and the typography is loaded from Google Fonts: displaying them sends Google your IP address and technical connection data, without any action on your part.
• Visit statistics are collected through Google Tag Manager. They cover browsing activity (pages viewed, referrer) and not the content of your requests.
• Hosting is provided by Hostinger International Ltd.

These third parties apply their own privacy policies. Toronto Tree Trimming does not control the processing they carry out on their own account, and invites you to consult their respective policies.

We do not set tracking or advertising cookies of our own. Cookies may however be set by the third-party services described above, in particular the embedded Google Maps frames and the audience measurement tool.
